8. Isla Saona, Dominican Republic. Located in the Dominican Republic, and part of the Parque Nacional Del Este, this magnificent beach is free of hotels and resorts. This beach is a perfect day trip to touristy areas, such as Bayahibe, La Romana or Punta Cana.
9. Cozumel, Mexico. The beauty of the water simply stunned Jacques Cousteau in 1959, who named Cozumel one of the best diving spots in the world. Today, with the help of the federal environmental protection and despite years of tourist traffic, Cozumel offers some one of the most beautiful diving and romantic spots, not to mention other great water sports.
